The Content & Video Marketeer will report directly to co-founder Lorenzo Bown, and work together with both internal and external teams.

Job Overview

You will be helping the Video and Content Lead and be responsible for the overall creative written, static and video content on our main channels to inform members and the growing community.

Responsibilities

• You create relevant video and other content for our social media, blog, newsletter or other channels
• We are video-first, but you also have to be able to write for the blog
• You contribute ideas on how we can further grow our community and how we can involve our members more.
• You manage our content calendar and you think about setting up strong campaigns.
• You help manage advertising campaigns via FB, IG and Google (together with our Agency)

As a Startup, we have many creative plans that still need to be worked out. You can help with:

• Brainstorm and propose video-marketing content campaigns
• Our email marketing campaigns should be sharper and more tailored to our target audience
• Help organise micro-meetups all over Belgium (with our Event and Community Manager)
• Developing local impact programs and member initiatives
• E-books and other content ideas that can drive awareness
